This property was perfect for hosting Christmas and NY for our 2 families of 10 total as well as room for a few friends to pop in for the night. The 2 master bedrooms made both of our parents feel equally comfortable and the bunkroom was perfect for late night family games! We loved having the extra refrigerator and wet bar in the back of the house as well. The splash pool/spa was the perfect size and when we were not in it, the beach access was a short walk away! We enjoyed several bike rides to Seaside and other restaurants nearby. It was also nice having Publix, close by for quick trips. The top deck was perfect for watching football games and we could even see the Seaside fireworks from it! I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again!
